Childhood Obesity Webquest

So here is my webquest assignment.  Doing this webquest was much more difficult than I anticipated.  Although it was interesting and fun, doing the research and creating the website was not that simple.  The questgarden website was extremely helpful, however that didn't make the overall process to easy by any means.  While creating the webquest I was able to realize how much is accessible to our students on the internet.  I realized that computers can and should be used in the classroom.  I think if a teacher really wants to teach, doing something like a webquest or an online project is a great addition to any classroom.  Click here to view my webquest.

Peter,

So you have completed the webquest. My experience was the same as yours in the web quest was more difficult than I anticipated. I also beleive that web quests will be great additions to classroom ciruculm especially for the students in the older classroom students.

  • I really liked the webquest you chose to do, it seemed easier than mine. I choice the comparsion template. I really liked your use of pictures throughout the wedquest.I did not use pictures in my webquest. I only changed the color setting and it works for me. I could clearly understand what you expected from your students through the student process. One thing I did not find was the teacher process. Maybe your webquest did not have one, or you chose to write something else.
